Staying here for celebrating anniversary was enjoyable, totally recommendable. Loved this place, it was clean and had good staff and rooms. The restaurant was nice with speedy service, I tried excellent dishes. I had an electric kettle and glassware.

The staff is best here, the services are good, and location is perfect close to restaurants, the lake. Bright units with superb breakfast.

Had a nice time. Excellent service and gorgeous breakfast, unbeatable location. Cosy unit with a nice decor. Large beds & luxurious bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful at all times.

Absolutely incredible location, pleasant views, extremely friendly staff. Adorable hotel ideally located in the city. Moreover, it was 2 km from biskey howe. Breakfast had an awesome continental option.

I loved the beachfront location and the room was immaculate. Lovely view of sea. I found a computer in the reception. There were free internet and reasonably priced parking available.

Exceptional location and staff, good value. I loved a unique decor and contemporary furniture. It was spotless and had comfortable bed. The hotel was in a very relaxing area. Also, lake district national park was easily accessible, set only 1 km away.
Shame the bathroom was leaking.

Relaxing 5-star experience. The window of my king suite was facing the garden. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Tapios that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

The staff are welcoming and the rooms are okay. Their manager rocks! We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the street.

The bed was comfortable, a shower worked well. A private kitchen was included. All in all a lovely experience. Convenient base for trip in Windermere

Not far from National Trust Hill Top, 10 minutes' walk to windermere train station. Breakfast was great as you get in any 5 star hotel. We could see brockhole from our window. We liked having a private kitchen.
